• Identification of the copyrighted work and the release URL on DJSTUBE;
• Your contact details;
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We act promptly on valid notices and remove or disable access to the material. Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.
