1. Agreement

By creating an account or using DJSTUBE ("we", "us", "the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and a working DJ, producer or entertainment professional. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

3. Memberships & Credits

• Memberships grant a monthly allowance of download credits. One credit unlocks one media item, including all of its versions (clean, dirty, extended, intro, acapella, etc.).
• Unused credits roll over to the next billing month once and then expire.
• Top-up credits may be purchased while a membership is active.
• When a membership ends, remaining unexpired credits can still be used.
• All prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes may be added.

4. Licence & Permitted Use

Downloaded media is licensed, not sold, for professional public performance by you in DJ sets, subject to the venue holding the appropriate performance licences. You may not redistribute, resell, upload to streaming or file-sharing services, or sublicense any media.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not scrape, bulk-harvest, circumvent download limits, share accounts, reverse engineer the Service, or use it unlawfully. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All media remains the property of the respective rights holders. Report infringement via our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify members of material changes by email or on-site notice.
