Because downloads are digital goods delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.

• Unused purchases: if you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days.
• Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded.
• Technical issues: if a file is corrupt or unavailable, we will restore the credit or replace the file.
